These terms cover the text messaging program Kestrel Auto (Yukai demo line), run by Yukai Technologies LLC.

What the program is

Kestrel Auto is a sample auto repair shop that Yukai Technologies uses as a live demo of its missed-call text-back system. It is not a real repair shop.

How you opt in

You opt in by calling the demo line. The call greeting tells you that because we could not pick up, we will text you at the number you called from, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out. Only people who call the line receive texts.

What we send

• One text after a missed call, asking what you need and what day works for you.
• If you reply, conversational texts that answer questions about the demo shop's hours and services and offer appointment times.
• A confirmation if you pick an appointment time.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not text purchased or rented lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You receive one text per missed call, and more only if you reply.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
