Privacy policy

Yukai Technologies LLC ("Yukai", "we") runs this website and a live demo phone line that shows a missed-call text-back system, set up as a sample auto repair shop called Kestrel Auto. This policy covers both.

What we collect

• Website. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or ads. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
• Booking a call. If you book through the Calendly form on the contact page, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, any notes) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address to reply.
• Demo text line. If you call the demo line, we receive your phone number and the time of the call. If you reply by text, we receive the messages you send and any details you choose to share, such as your name, your vehicle, the work you need and an appointment time.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer you, to run the demo (replying to your texts, offering appointment times, recording the conversation for the demo lead log), and to show how the system works. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The demo line sends texts only to people who call it, and only one text unless you reply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. The full program terms are on the SMS terms page.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site and the demo. They process information on our behalf and only to provide their service: Vercel (website hosting), Calendly (booking), Twilio (calls and text messages), Anthropic (the AI model that drafts replies on the demo line), and Google (the demo calendar and lead sheet). Sharing with these providers to deliver the service is not sharing for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep demo conversations and booking details only as long as we need them to run and show the demo, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at email not set yet.
